Milestone Report

In your project specification, you were tasked with devising a minimal viable product (MVP) and describing milestones and deliverables. Each milestone is composed of its definition, a means for completing it, a priority, and an expected date of completion. The milestones were expected to lead to deliverables with a demonstration to show that they are completed.

In this report, I want you to discuss your progress on the MVP, milestones, and deliverables. For each deliverable that is completed, I expect that you somehow show that it is finished in the report. This can be a picture, link to a video, or …? If you need to revise any of the milestones and deliverables, then you should provide an in-depth description of what you changed and why you changed it. If you are on schedule, the first part of this report should be easy. List your milestone, and for each milestone in the past, demonstrate that it is completed.

You have limited time left in the quarter, and at this point, you should have a good understanding of what you need to do in your project and the steps you need to take to accomplish those goals. Use this as an opportunity to reflect on what is important (how to prioritize work), what you need to get done (schedule), and update your deliverables and milestones to reflect this.

Each team member should have a list of milestones they have completed and ones they are responsible to complete by the end of the quarter. Furthermore, these milestones should be listed to describe what each team member needs to accomplish by the end of the quarter.

You received feedback on your project specification from the course instructors. Address this feedback. For example, discuss how you incorporated that feedback into the project or describe why the feedback is not relevant.
